From 6 April 2008 all applications under the Planning Acts must be made using the new national application process. You can apply online via the Planning Portal instead of using paper forms. However, if you do wish to use paper forms please download the relevant form below. Please note that the forms cannot be completed on-screen and must be printed before completion. Applications should include four copies of a completed application form and all other necessary documents. See the checklist webpage for a full list of documents that may be required when submitting an application. Our previous application forms will be accepted until 6 May 2008, however, you are urged to move to the new national forms as soon as possible. If you have any queries about the new 1APP forms please contact the Duty Planning Officer on 01622 602550 or at the Planning reception at 13 Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, ME16 8HG.
