People
Maidstone Mencap Charitable Trust LTD - Holiday
Club
- Caters for children and young people aged between 5 and 18
years who have learning difficulties or disabilities.
- We include all children, whatever their special needs, in a
wide range of fun activities, indoors and out, including outings
such as bowling, swimming, trips to the park or perhaps the
zoo.
- We are able to offer a very high level of support where
necessary thanks to our team of experienced supervisors, assistants
and young volunteers.

Beacon Club Play Scheme
- We run as a link club following on from Cobtree Gateway, for
Teenagers aged 13-18 years, with low dependency special needs.
- Activities include the use of pool table, basketball, computer
games, crafts, cooking, football, music, planned outings and fun
activities.
- We aim to support and encourage the teenagers towards becoming
more independent, with help from both adult and teenager
workers.

Hotfoot Plus Trust
The Hotfoot Plust Trust is a registered charity who raise funds
for one to one play leaders to work with disabled children, to
enable them to access the Maidstone Borough Council Hotfoot Play
Schemes and Community Led Play Schemes.
