Community Safety

One of Maidstone's priorities is to improve Community Safety within the borough. To do this, we have set up a Safer Maidstone Partnership.

If you have been a victim of crime, the Victim Support Group for Maidstone and Malling can help you in a number of ways. They provide:

Someone to talk to in confidence
Information on police and court procedures
Advice on compensation and insurance matters
Liaison with other organisations on behalf of victims
Contact with other sources of help
A Witness Service to support witnesses in Court
Practical help with security issues
