Hotfoot Play Scheme Job Opportunities 2009

 

 

 

Every year the Sports, Play and Youth Development Team look for qualified teachers, childcare/playworkers to work on our Play Schemes.

 

If you would like to be added to our mailing list to receive an application in February 2009, please contact us.

Please ensure you complete a general application form and a job specific application form.  Failure to do this, will result in you not being considered for interview.

 

Specialist Play Leaders, Play Leaders, Special Needs Play Leaders only

If you are successful in being short listed you will be invited to attend a group interview (approximately 30 minutes) and complete a 10 minute test (this will be based around hypothetical situations that may arise on the play scheme).

 

Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Special Needs Co-ordinator

If you are successful in being short listed you will be invited to attend and individual interview (approximately 30 minutes) and complete a 10 minute test (this will be based around hypothetical situations that may arise on the play scheme).

 

All applicants must have experience working with children aged 5 – 11 years in a formal or informal situation. All staff employed by Maidstone Borough Council are required to complete an Enhanced CRB Check, employees must have a ‘clear’ check to work on the Hotfoot Play schemes.


Please note that if you have not heard from us within 4 weeks you have not been successful in being short listed for interview.
